Please note: Because of the popularity of this program, there are currently over 100 applicants on a waiting list.
You will be added to this list when you submit this form.
We do not have a timeframe for when laptops are available to fill demand, but you will be notified, when laptops are available, by email to make an appointment for a pickup session.

To be considered for a laptop, you must complete this form as fully as possible, then be available for a pickup/orientation class in the computer lab at Salt & Light in Urbana. No payment is required, but only class attendees will be eligible for a free laptop.
